About the Role

As a Material Inbound Coordinator, you will manage the administrative coordination and receiving of incoming materials deliveries and act as an interface to our customer as well as to the carrier.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-by-day delivery schedule
  • Administrate receiving of incoming material deliveries
  • Issue Management
  • Follow defined processes and execute plan to ensure material storing
  • Ensuring accurate data management to maintain the quality of warehouse data.
  • Actively support the team with best practices and lessons learned

Who we are looking for

  • High School degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English

Your preferred qualifications

  • Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
