About the Role
Eagle Bend Manufacturing, a leading Tier 1 Automobile Manufacturer, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II with extensive experience in hydraulics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible of maintaining and improving, at an advanced level, all equipment associated with PLC, Robotics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic installation, repair, and troubleshooting support to all areas of manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities
- Must be able to perform complex repairs without supervision using mechanical equipment and/or hand tools.
- The Hydraulic Technician repairs and rebuilds all hydraulic components: pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, etc.
Advanced knowledge in the following:
- Tests and inspects all aspect hydraulic components, pumps, valves and cylinders, etc.
- Installs hydraulic components onto in house or customer equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair lubrication systems and components
- Operation of clutch and brake assemblies. Must be able to disassemble and repair clutch and brake assemblies.
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems and motion controls equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair gear, belt and chain drives
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic circuit components
- Automated Resistance welding equipment and MIG
Who we are looking for
Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic circuit components.
Extensive experience in maintaining and improving Hydraulic and Mechanical Presses and all associated
Your preferred qualifications
Hydraulic Technician training required; post secondary degree in mechanics or industrial technology preferred
3+ years experience in hydraulic repairs/rebuilds
Solid understanding of mechanical and hydraulic principles
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical charts
