About the Role
Manages and supports product manufacturing by directing and coordinating the activities of the Maintenance Department which encompasses plant facilities, tools, transfer systems, machinery and support equipment. Supports plant safety, environmental, quality, MAFACT, IATF16949, ISO14001 and other applicable standards. Responsible to implement and maintain TPM and continuous improvement of the system to improve MTTR and MTBF and cost of maintenance operations while improving OA and OEE.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule Preventive and maintain database in CMS. Implement and Improve Predictive Maintenance activities. Implement and maintain Operator autonomous maintenance activities. Works with Production planning and Logistics to plan maintenance work and schedule maintenance resources appropriately. Development of materialsepair budget/spending. Responsible to follow the change management process. Participates in Business planning process as well as capital expenditure project planning. Coordinate and manage the activities of maintenance personnel in the maintenance/facilities, production and project work.
Who we are looking for
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Reasoning Skills: Expert in structured problem solving and able to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient on the computer, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Prior experience utilizing CMS and AS400 Database software and ability to create spreadsheets.
Your preferred qualifications
- All maintenance and facilities positions, both hourly and salaried report to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these areas. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; coaching and mentoring employees; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
