As an Analyst, User Experience (m/f/d) in our central 1st & 2nd level support team, you will be the go-to expert for internal IT issues, guiding our users through the resolution process from start to finish. You'll play a key role in supporting both centralized and decentralized network and server infrastructures.
Regular travel: 5-10% of the time.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage incidents and service requests within the 1st & 2nd level support framework (Matrix42)
- Provide technical assistance in both software and hardware areas, covering Windows OS, O365, smartphones, notebooks, and more
- Analyze, categorize, and handle incoming service requests
- Resolve complex technical issues independently within your area of responsibility
- Deliver remote support and contribute to projects and sub-projects
Who we are looking for
- Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent education/experience
- Several years of hands-on experience in IT support or as an IT Systems Administrator
Your preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in 1st & 2nd level support for hardware and software
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC client management
- Basic understanding of network administration and Windows servers
- Proactive, independent approach to problem-solving and project management
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of commitment
- Excellent user support and service orientation
- Very good English and German language skills, both written and verbal
