About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who is excited to work with some of the most amazing talents in the tech industry - a technical expert within the Salesforce platform who will support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of development and support of Madison Logic's Salesforce, including the data model, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and custom code.
  • Solve complex problems and develop solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning, Visual force pages, and configurations to support critical business functions.
  • Collaborating, communicating, and translating business requirements with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to build technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical application support issues for internal teams.
  • Adopt best practices including integration, application deployment, and testing (unit and systems).
  • Build and maintain code change documents for system enhancements
  • Work with global teams to facilitate quick responses meeting critical deadlines and mission goals successfully.
  • Identify and implement long-term improvement opportunities to improve user experience and application performance.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including software engineering, product management, and revenue to ensure that solution developed meets the needs relating to functionality and performance.
  • Execute system changes to support evolving business needs

Basic Qualifications

  • On-site working at the ML physical office, 5-days per week required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a team is strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of Salesforce: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components, Force.com APIs, and SOAP and REST Web Services
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality/concepts and presenting to a non-technical audience and project stakeholders
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator as well as experience integrating with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
  • Experience configuring/implementing Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salsforce Omnistudio desirable
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform including best practices for solution implementation
  • Ability to work with Cross-organizational teams to gather requirements for small to medium-sized projects
  • Experience in designing solutions with maximum usability while minimizing code complexity
  • DevOps Tools Experience (Github, Flosum, Copado etc good to have)
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to pick new challenges
  • Either Object Oriented Programming skills or JavaScript at basic to medium level
  • Salesforce certified Admin, –PD1(Preferably), PD2(great to have), Platform App Builder (nice to have)
  • Other SF certifications are appreciated

Work Environment:
We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.  Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
