About the Role:
Madison Logic is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead a talented team of Technical Product Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of critical platform features, particularly in API and technical solutions that enable our multichannel, full-funnel ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platform. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will work closely with engineering teams to oversee the successful execution of our technical product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing the value of our offerings in the competitive MarTech space.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience managing technical products in a SaaS or B2B marketing technology environment
  • Proven expertise in API development, platform services, and technical product management
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility, guide architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Solid understanding of data-driven product management, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, data visualization platforms, and product performance analytics
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Ability to inspire and lead a team of technical product managers and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Deep understanding of technical product development, with experience working closely with engineering and technical teams to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term technical execution, while managing competing priorities and resources effectively.
  • Proven track record of working with engineering, design, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on goals and successful product delivery.
  • Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions that optimize product performance and drive business growth.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead your team through complex, fast-paced challenges while ensuring timely delivery of high-impact technical features.

Work Environment:
We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.
