Responsibilities
- Evaluates existing client business processes, provides tailored recommendations, and implements solutions to address client needs. Collaborate with clients to document business objectives and associated workflows.
- Facilitates communication between internal teams and clients to ensure successful project execution.
- Delivers project outcomes within established timelines and budgets.
- Manages all aspects of solution implementation, including tasks required to achieve project deliverables.
- Prepares a variety of documentation, such as procedural guides, workflow diagrams, best practice manuals, meeting agendas, and follow-up reports.
- Engage with clients to understand ongoing design initiatives and current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and gather detailed requirements for projects involving extensive product customization, client-specific implementations, or standard functionality.
- Leads solution deployment activities and ensures successful implementation.
- Develop project deliverables - either independently or in collaboration with others - which may include creating 3D models, templates, delivering custom training or mentorship, and producing project documentation like best practice guides.
- Partners with Sales Executives and clients in a trusted advisory capacity, managing client expectations and offering long-term strategies to enhance design and software efficiency.
- Delivering engaging, professional in-person and online product demonstrations.
- Assisting designers and engineers with Technical Support.
- Communicating feedback and recommendations post service delivery.
- Growing and maintaining respected, long-term, trusted advisory relationships with customers and other members of the Symetri team.
- Assisting Symetri projects, which include 3D modeling, software automation, coordinating clash detection, assembling electronic document handovers, and data-gathering for building owners’ asset management initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Rhino, either designing or providing support to design teams within the architectural field.
- Proven, recent experience in the processes, workflows, and practical application of Autodesk Revit and Rhino, including its interoperability with other analytical tools from initial concept design through construction phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a comparable level of experience in design or BIM management.
- Professional credentials (AIA, RA, etc.) and relevant industry certifications (e.g., LEED AP) are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the architectural design process, encompassing building planning, design, and construction.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE
