Job DescriptionLouis Vuitton Moet Hennessey (LVMH) Beauty Division North America is looking for an Manager, Benefits Administration. This individual will be responsible for providing integral administration and general support in benefit and HR operations programs and policies.
Profile
Benefits and Payroll:
- Under the direction of the HR Operations Senior Manager, administer benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, employee assistance program, retirement and other plans
- First point of contact for all benefits-related questions; Relay Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, time away from work, etc. . Includes 1:1 employee-facing communication and processing
- Support new hire employees with benefit enrollment questions ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is received
- Provide high quality customer service to employees and regional HR partners by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Lead documentation and execution of all Leaves of Absence, including workers compensation, disability, parental leave and FMLA; Liaise with carriers, employees and business stakeholders
- Calculate employee leave payments based on insurance payments and internal company policies
- Support employees in the use of internal self-service systems and carrier sites
- Process state specific reporting on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and request vendor invoice payments as needed
- Reconcile and submit monthly headcount and other ad hoc reporting
- Fidelity 401(k) Administration;
- Support Canadian population Sun Life group benefit questions, pension, and leave management
Projects:
- Lead the annual benefits Open Enrollment process for the United States. Assemble overview decks and conduct training sessions to inform employees about any plan changes and/or new offerings being provided
- Lead new hire benefit orientations, editing presentation to include any pertinent changes
- Annual review and update of tax and benefit documents in Benefit Portal, onboarding portal & HR InTouch SharePoint site
- Provide required data for the LVMH Beauty Social Report and ensure accuracy by analyzing results
- Partner with LVMH Corporate Benefit department to coordinate and virtual wellness fair, annual flu shots, and other company-wide initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary (e.g. new system integration; updating organizational charts; organizing training, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality; able to demonstrate discretion in handling highly sensitive material and information
- Self-directed, positive, results-oriented professional who thrives in high volume, fast-paced environment
- Analytical and detail oriented.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $95,000.00 - $125,000.00.
