Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to guide and drive execution of assigned technology business management (TBM) processes, which includes taking steps to reduce risk and inefficiencies while increasing the quality of process support provided. This role maintains positive relationships with technology stakeholders and vendors, and partners closely with others to define and maintain service level agreements, objectives and key results, and other performance metrics. This role requires a strong understanding of most process areas supported by the team, including many of the key upstream and downstream process integration points. The Sr Analyst, Technology Business Management works mostly independently and occasionally provides guidance and direction to junior level analysts on the team.

Key Responsibilities
Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Drives resolution for data gaps and discrepancies and provides normalization rules to ensure data consistency. Configures, reviews, and modifies normalization rules as needed to provide consistent data.
• Troubleshoots and patches with discovery agents across multiple platforms and technologies to diagnose and resolve database issues.
• Integrates data assets that cannot be discovered into the CMDB in partnership with other technology teams. Supports change management efforts to drive data integrity within the CMDB.
• Holds other technology teams accountable for following the published asset management policy, standard, and procedure documents to maintain data integrity.
• Experience with SQL Queries, REST APIs, and Pattern Language
• Educates other on the importance of having an Enterprise source of truth and collect feedback on opportunities to improve the CMDB
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and address their expectations of the CMDB.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, business administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
• 4 years of experience in technology, finance/accounting, procurement, business, operations, or related area.
• 2 years of experience analyzing data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting
• 2 years of experience working in a large matrixed organization with collaboration across various levels within the organization including with international teams
• 2 years of experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, value stream mapping, and/or industry applying LEAN practices.

Preferred Skills/Education
• 2 years of experience with IT delivery, development, and operational processes - understanding engineering, software development lifecycle, database, architecture, configuration management database, and how each of these systems support each other to run a technology organization
• 2 years of experience with SQL or Oracle
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained or certified, Green belt, or accredited certification equivalent

Pay Range: $81,400.00 - $154,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
