The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that Lowe's remains in compliance with all government regulations and license requirements to provide a suite of services across the US. This includes responsibility for vendor compliance, license compliance, store signage, and working cross-functionally with business areas (including but not limited to Legal, Tax, Risk, Marketing, Public Relations, Claims, Stores, Services Production and Human Resources) to develop strategies that warrant service compliance. This role also supports the services business in creating Omni-channel efficiencies with compliance guidelines and processes required for the Services Installation organization to continue business operation.

What You Will Do
• Manages a team of individual contributors responsible for vendor application, background, insurance and contract compliance as Lowe's contracts new independent services providers
• Oversees compliance of all service provider agreements and manages these agreements that drive projects to completion and to implement processes that maintain or improve compliance efficiency
• Drives innovation and efficiency across the team applying a deep understanding of the Services organization for both SSC and field/store-based operations
• Collaborates with Claims, Regulatory, Litigation, or Risk teams on any litigation dealing with a service provided or a service provider and reviews/documents of findings, identifies appropriate departments to contact, and works with stakeholders on compliance resolution
• Ensures EPA compliance on the federal, state, and local for any service provided by Lowe's and documents/reviews all EPA complaints and develops reports of findings and recommended solutions
• Handles legal requests (i.e. in the field or SSC services) and manages the associated requirements, compliance support, and adherence to the established processes
• Ensures the language and terms used in contracts are in compliance with guidelines. Identifies legislation that may affect future compliance requirements; collaborates on processes and systems to meet these requirements and provides documentation of changes
• Conducts claims analysis and reporting examining expense dollars and customer or service provider complaints to work with stakeholders on mitigation of expenses
• Manages the consistency of compliance in marketing content from a services perspective, including language on all services pages. (Lowes.com, in-store signage, customer handouts, etc.)
• Works with service providers and Asset Protection to conduct background checks and serves as the escalation point for issues and decision making
• Participates in permit, licensing, contract, tax and other auditing to ensure Lowe's is compliant with permit compliance requirements for the services business
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 3 Years Experience in a services, compliance, or equivalent environment including leadership
• 3 Years of Experience working in a professional environment
• Experience managing project teams and working cross-functionally
• Experience in negotiation and relationship building
Preferred Skills/Experience
master's degree MBA or realated field
Experience managing project teams and working cross-functionally
Experience working in a retail, specifically in Home Improvement
3 Years Experience in installation and/or repair services
