Your Impact
This position's primary purpose is to partner with the Global Regulatory Compliance Team to manage the Company's regulatory compliance program and will closely work with business stakeholders to maintain compliance across the organization. This Regulatory Compliance Manager will work directly with attorneys and business stakeholders on complex compliance issues in the legal environment in areas including but not limited to product compliance, extended producer responsibility, environmental, store operations, privacy, consumer protection, finance, and regulatory reporting obligations.
What you will do
- Serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and business stakeholders to support compliance surveys and assessments
- Creates and executes comprehensive compliance plans to address identified risks and regulatory obligations
- Conducts regular compliance surveys and risk assessments, at the direction of counsel, to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Leverages regulatory compliance tools to streamline compliance processes, monitor compliance status, and facilitate reporting
- Serves as the liaison and engages with cross functional teams to enhance and refine existing control frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitors, interprets, and communicates regulatory risks which may impact products and business strategies, keeping Global Regulatory Compliance team apprised of changes in regulatory obligations and/or potential risks/liabilities
- Tracks and documents compliance with regulatory consent decrees, ensuring all requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Conducts legal research, analyzes issues and monitors regulatory and enforcement developments pertaining to compliance and recommends changes to the compliance program related to policies/procedures as needed on an ongoing basis
- Completes other duties as assigned by the Global Regulatory Compliance Team, including, but not limited to, special projects

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree In related field 8-10 years' experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm
- 5-7 years' experience in regulatory, internal audit, or compliance field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7 years' experience in project management
- 5-7 years' experience in broad research projects
- 5-7 years' experience working at a corporate law department
- 5-7 years strong working knowledge of US regulatory requirements relating to retail and consumer products.
- 5-7 years' experience with matter management system
- Certified Paralegal
