What You Will Do
- Support Lowe's enterprise pricing objectives and financial goals by assisting in the development and execution of pricing strategies.
- Distill insights from data, leveraging advanced analytics tools and techniques to build pricing models and scenarios to inform business decisions and answer key questions.
- Execute data visualization and analytics projects, leveraging strong engagement, collaboration, and timely delivery of work product.
- Articulate analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner by using data visualization and creative data storytelling.
- May lead, develop, and engage a small team of pricing strategy, business intelligence, and analytics professionals, to support their professional growth and refine their analytical skills.
- May set performance goals and provide feedback, coaching, and development to team members in order to recognize achievements and address areas for improvement.
- Efficiently and effectively manage workflow to ensure that resources are adequately allocated, and projects are delivered on-time and in-full.
- Build positive working relationships with stakeholders, supporting pricing objectives, strategies, and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pricing strategy to enhance pricing capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7 Years Experience in Pricing, Merchandising, Finance, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Revenue Management or related field.
- 3 Years Experience working with common analytics and data science software such as SQL, Python, R as well as visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Superset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1 Year Experience working closely with senior leadership (VP and above).
