Online Operations Analyst

Please note, the ideal candidate for this role will need to be located in a commutable distance from our corporate office in Mooresville, NC or be open to relocation, as eligible.

Your Impact

The principle role of the Online Operations Analyst is to analyze and execute promotional and other content change requests across Lowe's digital channels inclusive of desktop, mobile web and mobile apps. The Online Operations Analyst works closely with Online Merchandising, Marketing, UX, Producers, and IT teams to ensure online content changes, campaigns and promotions are delivered accurately and on time.

• Effectively manage multiple projects at once.

• Work in Lowe's Content Management Systems to configure content for production on Lowes.com digital marketing channels.

• Understand value, complexity, and timelines to make decisions about priorities.

• Support and maintain the Lowe's brand.

• Communicates and presents information to make recommendations, drive projects forward, or share results.

• Responsible for testing all Lowes.com content and LFP.com content with a general understanding of system functionality outside of Daily Production processes.

• Responsible for administrating the framework, deployment, and personalization of site pages as well as other content and promotional tasks that are operational by nature.

• Responsible for providing process improvement recommendations to reduce error and improve process efficiency.

• Executes work to build out experiences that support enterprise or high visibility initiatives (e.g., executing and validating store hours).

• Responsible for learning and adhering to the new processes and incorporating them into day-to-day line of work. Also responsible for actively participating in trainings and asking questions when there is a lack of clarity to ensure the overall process impact is discovered.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree eCommerce, Retail, Business, or related field
  • 2 years' experience in an ecommerce or retail environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional peers, vendors and multiple stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years ecommerce or relevant experience with solid understanding of digital creative elements, advertising, marketing, brand positioning and business development
  • Experience working in with Management Center, Endeca, Adobe CQ, Adobe Test and Target and other Lowe's systems

Pay Range: $58,100.00 - $96,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
