Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as overall orchestrator/Single Point of Contact for all Marketing teams during GTM process (brand strategy, campaign team, creative ops, media). The Manager will be directly responsible for managing and programming all reviews, meetings, pre reads, instructions to teams who own content, run of show of all meetings etc. for Quarterly Planning phase: Pre-planning, GTM KO, Brief In/Brief Back.

Additionally, this role will need to continuously integrate with brand strategy, media, creative, campaign teams on managing and holding teams to master timelines which will be then utilized by campaign teams during the GTM Execution phase. The Marketing Planning & Operations Manager will serve as single point of contact during the Campaign Management step as an objective party. After Brief In, this role will stay connected to Campaign Teams, Creative Ops and Media as part of the new Campaign Mgt. step to ensure review cadences are working as programmed.

This role will have visibility to at risk programs to flag to the Director/MLT and be responsible for managing checkpoints and help solve process steps with campaign teams, DEE and Owned channel partners. Overall, this role will be the orchestrator of leadership meeting cadences as an objective party who will work autonomously as a central point of contact for Leadership, Executive Assistants, Contributors and Presenters. Lastly, the Manager will support Marketing Operations Director and Planning Senior Director on Executive Decks/Deliverables.

What You Will Do

  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Connectivity across entire GTM Process: Serve as overall orchestrator/SPOC for all Marketing teams during GTM process (brand strategy, campaign team, creative ops, media).
  • Kick off the Quarterly Planning Process, builds out review cadence, manages timelines and next steps for GTM Kick off deck. Supports planning team in coordinating input from across marketing and assists with overall narrative and deck flow.
  • Lead planning, coordination, review cadence of briefs with leadership and Integrated Agency Team (IAT) to deliver on Brief In and Brief Back
  • Post brief in, serves as single point of contact (SPOC) for GTM. Owns/maintains master timelines to input into campaign teams' Integrated GTM planning, flags any risks to timeline to working teams/leadership, coordinates owned channel (email, organic social, l.com) quarterly intake process.
  • Single point of contact for programming all CMO, MLT and Director Reviews
  • Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior/executive management to manage and ensure the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse project stakeholders.
  • Partners with cross-functional business leaders or intra-marketing business leaders as necessary to identify and manage program interdependencies.
  • Conducts and participates in formal and informal training to continuously develop technical capabilities and project management skillset.
  • Ensures approved business cases exist for executive sponsored programs. Manages risks, issues, decisions, and scope changes.
  • Support Marketing Ops team (Director, Coordinator, Readiness Manager) on key executive decks/deliverables

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related field.
• 5-7 Years General marketing experience.
• 3-5 Years Experience in program and project management with demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex, cross-functional programs.
• 3-5 Years Client or agency side marketing/advertising experience.
• 3-5 Years Big-box retail experience.
