The Manager of Sports Experience & Event Planning will be responsible for curating and executing exceptional experiences for Lowe's guests, customers, and partners. This position will serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events and engaging with guests and stakeholders and uphold high standards of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail in all interactions. This manager will oversee all aspects of hospitality and experiential initiatives to ensure memorable interactions that reflect on the Lowe's brand values and leave a lasting impression.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement innovative experiential programs and events that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.
- Manage all aspects of guest hospitality, including accommodations, catering, transportation, and entertainment.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors, partners, and venues to negotiate contracts and secure resources for events.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate experiential initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Lead a team of internal and external agency staff, that will include planning, event execution, and performance management.
- Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Evaluate the success of events through metrics, feedback, and post-event analysis, making recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate event hosting at high-profile events, including but not limited to the Super Bowl, major sporting events, and other significant industry gatherings.
- Oversee the logistics, transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for high-profile events.
- Manage a large inventory of tickets ensuring proper allocation, distribution, and tracking.
- Liaise with event organizers, sponsors, and VIP guests to facilitate seamless experiences and hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to hosting and guest arrangements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in sports event planning, hospitality and experiential marketing
- 2-3 years of leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team and agency resources to deliver exceptional results.
Preferred Skills/Education
- Prior experience managing hospitality and logistics for high-profile events, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry. Familiarity with VIP protocols and expectations for executive hosting.
