We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Finance Manager to join the Services Finance team. Services is a multi-billion-dollar business unit that is key to the company's long-term strategy. This high-profile role will collaborate across Finance and other functional teams to effectively influence future decisions on actions to meet financial objectives.
The Services Finance Manager has a seat at the table, will work to challenge the status quo and will dive deep to solve complex business problems. Financial leadership and continuous improvement in the areas of financial analysis, planning and measurement are critical to success.

  • Serve as a key business partner working directly with leadership and other stakeholders to influence financial performance
  • Collaborate with Finance and other functional teams to enable alignment and accountability across the organization, and ensure business units receive appropriate finance and analytical support
  • Create business case models to evaluate short and long-term strategic programs/projects
  • Lead development of Services long-range and annual operating plans, linking strategy and intent to financial outcomes and measures of success
  • Organize resources and information in an efficient manner to handle competing demands and accomplish strategic priorities
  • Review work output and guide prioritization and development of a Financial Analyst

Additionally, this role is expected to:

  • Quickly read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
  • Challenge, debate, and find resolutions
  • Operate independently and effectively despite ambiguity, with moderate guidance
  • Identify problems and develops effective and innovative solutions that address root causes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or analytical role in public company or accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience with financial forecasting or analytical modeling
  • Experience in structuring and writing formal documents, developing and delivering group presentations, project planning, and/or cross-functional collaboration
  • Previous experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Corporate Accounting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience leading people directly or indirectly
  • Experience developing and managing operational initiatives to deliver results
  • Experience managing implementation of mid-size projects, programs or processes
  • Experience working in a big box/large retailer
  • Experience working at a Fortune 500 company
