Collateral Production Analyst

Collateral Production Analyst

Huntersville, NC

Your Impact

This role is a backfill and funded by prior incumbent. This role works to support the Home Decor MDV, which represents ~$15M annually in portfolio reset spend. This role works closely with the Project Management, Visual Space, POG, Merchant teams to build and execute the signage, fixture and display strategies for merchandising projects that ensure we have the right collateral pieces in-store and on time to execute seamlessly for our MST partners. Eliminating this role would remove the individual collateral support for the Home Decor merchandising team which could cause disruption to the other categorically aligned cross functional partners. The existing team does not have the bandwidth to absorb the work, as the Collateral Production Analyst is a critical role that carries a large workload creating CET's, NRI's, working with vendors, issuing POs, and support before, during and after execution. Due to the collaborative nature of this work, it needs to be done in the US where the Analyst can meet with internal teams at the LDC, stores, and vendor offices for critical in-person meetings. This role works very closely with merchants and other key cross-functional teams based in the US. This process does support our global partners within the merchandising workflow to foster a collaborative mindset and assist with merchandising initiative deliverables.
