Essential Functions:
• Owns end to end processes for IST including process design, and making sure it meets customer and business needs
• Develop and maintain relationships to identify changes that may impact our customers and internal processes
• Engage cross functionally to ensure effective process design including upstream and downstream impacts
• Accountable for achieving desired outcomes of the process through control methods
• Leads continuous improvement efforts while utilizing process management methodologies
• Share business intelligence regarding customer experience with partners to help drive necessary change
• Ensure support teams are aware of upcoming changes and engaged to allow teams to properly prepare

• Solves business problems by performing competitive and market analysis, utilizing subject matter experts both internally and externally where needed
• Design and implement processes that support run the business activities and adoption / realization of departmental strategy
• Recognize trends to identify opportunities and understand what is working well and not working well in order to take appropriate action to drive performance in an omni-channel environment
• Inspire and engage associates by effectively communicating strategy, goals, and objectives due to the ever- changing environment. This also includes developing, mentoring, and day to day management of Process Designers through a direct reporting relationship
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 5-7 Years of experience in IST operations management and technology (or similar area)
• 3-5 Years IST operations management and technology (or similar area)
• 3-5 Years Experience in designing high performing business processes that are customer and business focused and support enterprise-wide capabilities
• 1-2 Years Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
• 3-5 Years Experience in designing high performing business processes that are business focused and support enterprise-wide capabilities
• 3-5 Years Industry related business operations experience including collaborating in a diverse, cross functional corporate environment
Preferences:
• Master's Degree in Business or a related field
• 3-5 Years Leadership Experience with direct report responsibilities
• 5-7 Years Business process experience (developing, designing, and implementing policies, processes, and standard operating procedures within an organization)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC
Pay Range: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually
