• Prepares, processes, monitors and expedites purchase orders.
• Provide purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Determines and develops appropriate sources of product supplies and maintains cooperative working relationships with suppliers to stay current with trends and technologies, products and services.
• Resolves issues from purchased supplies with internal and external clients.
• Maintains records of the products purchased, including supplier product number, standard packaging, styles and sizes of products, costs, and delivery dates.
• Performs detailed work related to purchasing with judgment, accuracy, confidentiality and promptness while considering all factors such as customer demand, price, quality, availability, supplier lead time, market trends, company policy, and financial budgets.

• Regularly reviews key performance indicators such as inventory turns, out of stocks and fill rates.
• Evaluate suppliers on prices, quality of products and average shipping times.

Pay Range: $58,100.00 - $96,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
