Key Responsibilities
• Implements basic solutions requirements and functional specifications that support integrated and sustainable designs for designated infrastructure systems based on input from more senior level engineers.
• Works with more senior level engineers to assist with the implementation of flexible, scalable, and maintainable system designs.
• Assists more senior level engineers with infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture for assigned systems.
• Assists in writing clear technical specifications and documentation.
• Assists in the modification or enhancement of existing infrastructure solutions within designated computing environments with guidance from more senior level engineers.
• Assists with the development of system design prototypes.
• Assists with building hardware and/or software configurations and prepares system components for installation to the infrastructure.
• Participates in the development, validation, and execution of basic infrastructure tests to identify system errors and ensure solutions meet functional specifications.
• Assists more senior level engineers to deliver validated and tested systems.
• Participates in the evaluation of existing systems and informs recommendations on resources required to maintain or expand service levels.
• Assists in the evaluation of new service options, identification of issues, and impacts.
• Provides post-implementation support, helping to make system enhancements with direction from more senior level engineers

Minimum Qualifications
• High School or GED and completion of relevant coursework or program focused on infrastructure or related skills.

Preferred Skills/Education
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
• Experience in an infrastructure development environment.
• Certified Cisco Network Associate or similar certification.

Pay Range: $51,200.00 - $97,300.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
