The Assistant Marketing Manager, Creative Operations for Retail Media will support the strategic execution of campaign creative development, assisting in managing processes, assessing project volumes, and ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets to support the Lowe's Media Network (LMN). This role will work collaboratively across teams to assist in the seamless execution of campaigns, acting as a key liaison between internal ad sales, partnerships, merchant, digital teams, external agencies, and clients to support strategy, brand onboarding, creative production, and ad approvals of campaign assets for client advertising initiatives.
As a key member of the Brand Engagement organization, the Assistant Manager will gain expertise in retail media and creative operations and act as a point of contact for both internal teams and clients, supporting the production and coordination of creative assets across client campaigns. The Assistant Manager will contribute to the execution of creative campaigns and assist the Creative Operations team with the implementation of operational strategies for Lowe's Media Network, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

This role requires strong organizational and project management skills to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and stay on track. The Assistant Manager will need to foster collaboration across teams, maintaining a detail-oriented and solution-focused approach to project management. In this capacity, the Assistant Manager will help drive the success and growth of Lowe's Media Network business, assisting with the scalability and enhancement of its advertising capabilities.
What you will do
- Assist in leading cross-functional teams, including Client Services, internal marketing, and external agencies, to support creative campaigns and ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
- Support management of campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring that creative assets are delivered on time to trafficking teams in accordance with project deadlines.
- Assist in leveraging data and analytics to generate insights and reports, identifying areas for process improvement and training needs within internal and partner teams.
- Collaborate with internal digital teams, client services, and external agencies to refine processes that drive campaign success, from planning to creative execution, ensuring continuous improvements to operational workflows across the "ad journey."
- Provide strategic support to Sales and Ad Operations teams, communicating project goals and strategies to creative teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Help assess and manage resource allocation by collaborating with capacity and portfolio planning teams to ensure project feasibility and optimize agency resource usage.
- Monitor potential risks or concerns that may impact project execution, recommending improvements to the manager to prevent issues in future initiatives.
- Develops solutions for day-to-day project management issues to increase efficiency, cost effectiveness, and value to the organization.
- Support creative problem-solving efforts, assisting in the development of solutions that improve process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall value to the organization.
- Provide exceptional communication and proactive issue resolution throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Ensure campaigns are executed with high attention to detail, ensuring creative deliverables meet client expectations and maintain brand integrity.
- Ensure documents and major deliverables for projects are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business or relevant field and 2+ years overall marketing experience
- 2 Years + progressive experience in campaign management within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
- 2-5 Years experience managing production of integrated ad campaigns across video, audio, digital, social and web channels
- Strong working knowledge of marketing project management tools such as Workfront
- Detailed comprehension and experience in digital video, web, banner, social, email and other ad creative formats
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable analyzing data
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
