Position: Seasonal Line Producer, Summer for the City Festival

Department: Programming

**Must be available full-time from mid April throughout August of 2025

This position provides fundamental line producing support for Lincoln Center's 2025 Summer for the City Festival. The line producer serves as the main liaison between the artists and Lincoln Center and will take the lead in advancing and running a wide range of performances including silent discos, family programming, music, dance, spoken word events, jazz and comedy nights. This position should expect a highly intense schedule, including night and weekends from June 10th throughout August 9th of 2025. Reports to Director, Artistic Programming.

  • Work closely with Director of Artistic Programming in advancing and planning performances, projects and events for Lincoln Center's Summer Festival.
  • Main artist contact throughout the entire producing process including but not limited to contracts, budgets, marketing materials, collecting tech and hospitality riders.
  • Onsite management and point person; Creates a positive experience for artists and serve as onsite representative to ensure all concerns are addressed swiftly .
  • Work closely with Event Production Managers running and advancing shows: securing all production elements such as backline, equipment rental, and managing day-of schedules.
  • Budget management: make decisions that have a direct impact on the production related to rentals, housing, hospitality, and transportation.
  • Manages and maintains internal communications with Lincoln Center's Departments including PACO, Production, Operations, Legal, People Team and Marcomm, as well as LCPA constituent colleagues as applicable
  • Supports Director of Artistic Programming in keeping track of overall timelines and schedules
  • Work with Contracts and Payment Coordinator to keep track of the issuing and execution of contracts and payments for all performances.
  • Manages, maintains and update Monday.com, Arts Vision and Sharepoint as needed.
  • Represents Lincoln Center onsite at all times.

You'll be a fit if you bring:

  • 2-7 years of Line Producing experience in performing arts, touring or production, with a keen interest in working with artists.
  • Ability to, and willingness to work a robust Festival schedule outdoors during summer months.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven department/organization
  • Solid computer and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to self-direct.
  • A passion for the performing arts.
