Position: Production Associate
Contract: Seasonal (April 21st-August 29th)

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Production Associate role is an hourly position that will support the Technical Direction team with onboarding labor, creating and maintaining documentation, purchasing, and relaying show critical information for the outdoor festival Summer for the City 2025.
What you'll get to do here:
- Facilitate, compile and organize new hire paperwork in conjunction with the General Management Associate for Payroll and Business Affairs
- Co-Manage Payroll functions, including timesheet and payroll review, approval, and submission for Union and Non-Union personnel
- Onsite Coordination from the months of April 2025 through August 2025
- Ensure compliance with Lincoln Center's policies and safety standards
- Cover the various working hours for the operation of the festival, including nights and weekends
- Create and Maintain Documentation such as attendance sheets, inventories, and asset trackers
- Relay the weather decisions and show critical communications from the Technical Director and Associate Director to the larger Summer for the City 2025 Staff
- Assist with purchasing for the festival and tracking expenses

- Experience working outdoor festivals.
- Experience in Microsoft Suite (Specifically Teams and Excel)
- Experience using ADP WorkForceNow and E-time (Time and Attendance)
