Program Overview: The Lincoln Center Summer Internship is a paid, 10-week, in-person arts administration internship for NYC undergraduate students passionate about the performing arts. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders in the field by providing hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.
The Summer 2025 Marketing Analytics Intern will support campaign reporting and audience insights for the full marketing team, including brand marketing, audience development, lifecycle & retention marketing, and ticketing, during Lincoln Center's Summer for the City season. Projects will include: email and paid social campaign measurement, web traffic reporting, audience feedback tracking, A/B testing planning, audience measurement, and developing team presentations on insights. What you'll get to do:
• Track and report on email campaign performance through our email service provider and CRM and analyze trends over time.
• Track and report on paid social ad performance and analyze trends over time.
• Monitor web traffic and share timely updates and insights to inform campaign planning.
• Monitor and report on audience feedback via surveys.
• Report on audience demographic, purchasing, and behavioral data.
• Coordinate implementation and tracking of A/B testing through email and paid social campaigns.
• Prepare presentations to report on campaign performance and audience insights to the Marketing team.
You'll be a great fit if...
• You are a rising college junior, or senior, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of college completed
• You are based in New York City or the Greater New York region
• You are available 25 hours/week from June 2025 - August 2025
• You have Interest and experience in marketing, particularly email, social media marketing, and/or marketing analytics
• You possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have computer efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• You have the ability to think critically and analyze data to extract learnings
• You have a passion for the performing arts
• You identify as both a self-starter and a dynamic team player
• You have experience with Google Analytics
• You exemplify leadership, teamwork, organization, innovation, resilience, inclusivity, and enthusiasm
