Position: Video Producer (Seasonal)

Department: Marketing & Communications

Role Overview: Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) is looking for an outstanding Video Producer for Lincoln Center's 2025 Summer for the City Festival to work on a wide range of shoots. The Producer will help advance and oversee on-site livestreams, multi-camera captures, and various other types of video projects while working closely with other members of the in-house team. An ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of video production and the performing arts. Camera operation experience is a plus. This position will require on-site work, including nights and weekends, from June 11th through August 9th of 2025. This person reports to the Director of Digital Video.

Please Note: This is a six-month contract from mid-May through October

What you'll get to do here:

  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Video and members of the in-house video team to advance and plan projects and events for Lincoln Center's Summer Festival.
  • Support multiple video projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate and communicate with various departments, including Programming, Marketing, tech consultants, and operations teams, throughout each project
  • Be the onsite point person for Video, creating a positive experience for talent and collaborators to ensure all concerns and needs are addressed quickly and professionally
  • Assist with media management and file organization as needed

You'll be a fit if you bring:

  • 4-8 years of experience as a video producer working with a team
  • An understanding of industry standards (rates, laws, unions, usage rules, etc.)
  • Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to work on projects with different types of media
  • Experience with multiple kinds of camera setups, including but not limited to the Canon C-Series
  • Ability to keep track of details under tight deadlines on concurrent projects
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and communication skills
  • A personable and professional demeanor as a representative of the department within LCPA and to the public
  • A deep understanding and interest in LCPA and a broad knowledge in arts and culture
  • A knack for creative visual storytelling with an emphasis on the performing arts
  • Fluency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus
