Position: Cross Campus Fundraising Manager

Job Overview
Reporting to the Associate Director, Lincoln Center Corporate Fund, the Cross Campus Fundraising Manager will be responsible for supporting fundraising efforts and managing corporate benefits. They will work closely with the LCCF team to achieve fundraising targets. This role includes managing a pipeline of prospective donors, generating proposals and solicitation letters, and assisting with special events.
The ideal candidate should have experience in grant writing and corporate fundraising. They will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative colleague with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Management:
- Support the cross-campus fundraising efforts to achieve a $7.9 million goal.
- Write and submit grant applications, manage grant reports, and follow up on pledges.
- Generate proposals and solicitation letters for prospective donors.
- Conduct prospect research and prepare materials for donor meetings.
- Manage fundraising pipeline and ensure timely acknowledgements and receipts.
Corporate Fund Benefits Management:
- Manage corporate fund benefits and streamline distribution to donors and representatives.
- Track employee usage of benefits and respond to inquiries.
- Filter, streamline, and distribute cross-campus benefits to donors and primary representatives of donating organizations.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of industry-specific galas and special events.
- Attend donor cultivation events and manage invite lists for donor dinners.
- Assist with day-of logistics for special events.
Communication and Outreach:
- Coordinate the creation of agendas for monthly meetings and organize outings.
- Draft communications and liaise with constituents for the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund newsletter.
- Draft and manage the newsletter send list, ensuring regular updates.
Prospecting and Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Conduct industry-specific and general fundraising prospecting.
- Collaborate with the Individual Giving and BD&I teams for benefit fulfillment and prospecting.
You'll be a fit you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in grant writing and corporate fundraising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in prospect research and proposal generation.
- Experience in planning and executing special events.
- Ability to manage corporate benefits and donor relations effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being a proactive team player.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with fundraising databases, such as Tessitura
