Position: Campaign and Special Projects Senior Manager
Department: Advancement & Innovation
Role Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director, Individual Giving, the Senior Manager will support leadership in executing fundraising campaigns and strategic initiatives. This role involves coordinating campaign logistics, crafting campaign materials and proposals, assisting with donor engagement efforts, and ensuring the successful implementation of special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in project coordination, with a strong interest in fundraising and organizational development.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to gain hands-on experience in large-scale fundraising and project management while contributing to the legacy of the Lincoln Center campus and advancing its mission-driven initiatives.

What you'll get to do here:
Campaign and Special Projects Coordination
- Assist senior leadership in the planning and executing of fundraising campaigns, including drafting timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating deliverables
- Provide logistical and administrative support for high-profile projects, preparing materials, and tracking budgets
- Assist with organizing meetings, presentations, and events for donors, board members, and other key stakeholders
- Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful execution of project objectives
Fundraising Support
- Prepare campaign materials, including proposals, presentations, and donor communications
- Manage research requests on prospective campaign donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities
- Support donor agreement and recognition process with SVP A&I and General Counsel
- Maintain accurate records in the donor database (Tessitura), tracking contributions, engagement history, and acknowledgments
Department Collaboration
- Partner with Individual Giving team members to create compelling materials and messages that support campaign initiatives in partnership with annual fundraising goals
- Represent the organization at fundraising events, meetings, and other activities within the department to build awareness and support for Lincoln Center
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, project coordination, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, research resources, and donor management and CRM platforms (Tessitura, or similar)
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Are detail-oriented and can successfully multi-task
- Are able to work successfully with different personality types and working styles
- Exceptional and diplomatic communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Passion for the arts and mission of Lincoln Center
