Lime is hiring an Operations Associate to join our Operations team! In this role you will be implementing processes and projects to make improvements or solve problems. You will enhance our fleet, and coordinate our teams in the warehouse. You will tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. We are looking for a results-oriented, hands-on, data-driven and entrepreneurial candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.

What you’ll do:

    • Set targets for the team members and keep team accountable for these daily targets
    • Track the performance of the in-warehouse team members, also the efficiency of mechanics by collecting and analyzing data
    • Define warehouse team’s needs in the short and long term to avoid any blockers on performance and increase efficiency
    • Define safety and quality standards and implement processes to ensure defined standards are being met on a daily basis.
    • Identify issues quickly and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles in the warehouse
    • Communicate issues that are not being able to be resolved on ground and communicate them to cross functional teams clearly and resolve them quickly.
    • Coordinate shipments and orders (vehicles, spare parts, tools etc.)
    • Participate in the hiring, training and supervision of the warehouse team members
    • Work closely with the in-warehouse lead on a daily basis, create and implement new best practices
    • Constantly look for ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency

About you:

    • Excellent problem solving skills - you can solve complex problems in a logical and structured manner.
    • Data driven in everything that you do - you must be very data centric and able to process and analyse data to solve problems and spot opportunities. (SQL and G-sheets)
    • Work well under pressure - you must be able to handle competing demands and prioritize ruthlessly.
    • Can-do attitude, no task is below you.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ownership and accountability to deliver precise and meaningful impact.
    • An organized individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
