Join our Architecture Enablement team within USRM-ARCH SOL and be a key player in driving our technological advancements! As part of our team, you will Collaborate with many departments, serving as the center of architecture and excellent engineering for business rules.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborative partner: Working with our [GRM, Solaria, Fintech] team of scrum masters, product owners and fellow engineers, you'll tackle technical challenges and ensure quality as we move from legacy technologies to next-generation applications
  • Comprehensive problem-solver: As you manage the end-to-end development of software products, you'll analyze issues at the system level and handle any complications that arise by implementing effective solutions
  • Skilled technical engineer: You'll document and lead the implementation of technical features, improvements and innovations
  • Forward thinker: Simply fixing the problem isn't enough; using your proactive mindset and initiative, you'll continually look for ways to improve performance, quality and efficiency
  • Solid experience in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript development.
  • Competency in utilizing AWS services including familiarity with databases like DynamoDB, Aurora
  • Proven ability to implement software solutions based on defined requirements.
  • Collaboration with backend engineers to integrate UI components with server-side logic and APIs.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Expert level ability utilizing technologies such as; REST, micro services, cloud platforms (AWS), React (JavaScript or TypeScript), NodeJS, and Express
  • Experience with functional and system integration testing
  • Extensive understanding of working in an agile environment utilizing Scrum, Kanban
Skills
  • Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building capabilities
  • Openness and adaptability to respond to fast-moving circumstances
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong background in code review
  • Familiarity with event-based System of Engagement architectures and integration with API exposing microservices
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style with ability to pair program
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritize your time and efforts
  • A design thinking and test-driven development mindset
Knowledge
  • A thorough grasp of technology concepts, business operations, design and development tools, system architecture and technical standards
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo and DevOps tools including Git version control
  • Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics and incremental delivery
Education
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
