The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

This role has a hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in the office) and we will consider candidates based in Portsmouth, NH, Boston, MA, Plano, TX and Indianapolis, IN.
Job introduction:
The Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team within the Global Cybersecurity organization is looking to hire 2 Senior Archer Engineers. Under limited supervision, these candidates will be operating with medium direction and supported by coaching and mentorship, works with cutting edge security solutions that are located within Liberty Mutual physical data centers and cloud environments. Responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and monitoring the overall security posture of the organization. Partners with teams across the company to continually optimize our security posture while maintaining a hyper focus on the reliability and stability of our business environments.
About the job:
- Support and Development for the Archer GRC Platform.
- Perform research, system analysis, troubleshooting, or other activities which might be required for development and support of Archer GRC platform.
- Participate in the technical design and development of new products or system enhancements to the platform.
- Perform aspects of agile software development, including user story writing, release and iteration planning, agile modeling and design, development, unit and integration testing, code reviews, and software documentation.
- Ensure timely, effective, and quality fixes to defects, while working collaboratively with development team and partners to deliver high-quality products.
- Participation in the solution development process and ensuring that customer requests and needs are represented within the product.
- Collaborate and work closely with partners and stakeholders throughout a project's lifecycle.
- Gathering, understanding, and documenting requirements as needed for successful Archer implementations.
- Designing and building processes and technical requirements for Archer implementations.
- Assess risks and controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follow software development and testing best practices, standards and architectures for relevant technologies.
- Bachelor Master's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience working with Archer in a development role.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing Archer solution in a similar environment.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience configuring RSA Archer modules, creating applications, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ideal resource will hold certified industry standard certifications such as Archer Certified Specialist or Archer Certified Expert.
- Familiarity with security and compliance and audit assessments processes.
- Knowledge of creating and managing data feeds to import and export data from various sources.
- Experience in Integration (using APIs, Web Services, and other integration tools), and Database Management (SQL for querying data and managing the Archer database).
This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
