The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

The Position:
Reporting to the Head of Program Management & Business Agility Delivery of Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI), the Senior Analyst, Program Management will support the Program Management team in helping the organization deliver sustainable change by getting people to accept, adopt and thrive as the organization evolves for the future. In this role, you will support program & change management and the development of business readiness plans that enable employees to execute and embrace the impact of strategic initiatives. These plans will focus on communication, changes to processes and controls as well as the design of training, desktop procedures and other job aids focused on specific initiatives.
You will support:
- Business Agility Team budget tracking and reporting as well as program and other metrics reporting
- Design & facilitation of training, desktop procedures and other job aides
- Critical strategic initiative communications, including reporting out on progress made on strategic initiatives
- Partnership with LMI Tech to guide business Agile ways of working (e.g., communication, change impacts, training) to ensure consistent, impactful approach to identifying areas of improvement and preparing business stakeholders with the support and tools needed to be successful
- Program Managers with their portfolio of complex programs, including creation of program roadmap, milestones, and risks and other compelling visuals
- Management of relationships with stakeholders across the broader LMI organization, including senior leaders, Product Advisors, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to drive collaboration and awareness across programs
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement within Business Agility, Data & Analytics Practice and LMI Tech teams and across the broader LMI organization.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management as typically acquired through a Bachelors` degree in relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.) and a minimum of 2 to 4 years direct experience with agile teams as well as 5 years in business, technology or consulting.
- Able to depict complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; educate SBU/department(s) on business vision and plan and the impact of change.
- Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily.
- Problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solutions and progress.
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant products and portfolio preferred.
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation amongst uncertainty.
