The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Description
Directs all aspects of Personal Lines Underwriting Property Inspection Programs ensuring quality, trending and reporting, and process health and performance feedback across Underwriting. Ensures alignment with USRM strategies, targets and programs. Incorporates new processes, takes advantage of new tools and methodologies supporting employee performance, feedback, and efficiency. Ensure compliance working with internal organizations including audit, product compliance. Delivers process improvement, best practices and synergy over a multiyear strategy supporting USRM business plan and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the Personal Lines Underwriting Property Inspection program ensuring, compliance, adherence to guidelines. Supports programs across people, process and technology to meet key performance indicators, transition and integration of operations, and deliver synergy over a multiyear strategy that support the USRM business plan and objectives.
- Responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationship with the Product Property Underwriting Effectiveness organization for moderate to complex issues that arise.
- Translates property inspection trends and business needs into a multi-year strategic roadmap including deliverables and milestones to meet near term needs and evolving needs. Tracks and monitors results including providing visibility of results at all levels: program, department, team, and individual. Aligns, adapts and integrates programs to support emerging business systems and processes.
- Establishes functional area training needs and coordinates the prioritization and consensus on deliverables with Learning Services. This includes new hire curriculum and programs. Supports the program development, design to meet user needs and works cross functionally and across Product Property Underwriting Effectiveness to ensure successful training deploy.
- Analyzes needs, establishes and adapts resource to meet deliverables, recommends programs and established feedback mechanisms by function. Prioritizes quality programs and deliverables across staff and negotiates across various cross functional groups to ensure business needs are met, efficiency is gained, and vendor products and tools are optimized.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in technical or business discipline or related experience
- Project management experience with leadership experience required
- In-depth knowledge of project management concepts, strategies, and methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of business operations, objectives, and strategies
- Quality Assurance experience preferred
