Pay Philosophy
The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Description
- Collaborate with the product owner and management on the prioritization of business-critical requests.
- Work in an agile environment with business stakeholders, product owner, technical leaders and other team members to define and review stories and execute on them using excellent engineering practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Enterprise, all markets, on industry best practices (e.g., automations and development).
- Lead and perform hands-on development for GDS RPA automation efforts.
- Collaborate with market teams to provide guidance on initiatives with the potential to directly execute on them.
- Improve and optimize existing automations aligning to Center of Excellence standards.
- Provide direct production support for the platform and automations.
- Accelerate adoption of RPA through engineering demos and hands-on-training/workshops.
- Coach, mentor and hold the team accountable for developing and implementing best practices in the support of the RPA ecosystem.
- Travel required up to 10%.
- Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following:
- Business operations and strategies, including global technology and financial services trends.
- Layered systems architectures, designs, and shared software concepts.
- Functional and system integration testing.
- Working in an agile environment.
- RPA development including complex workflow and third-party integrations.
- Negotiation, facilitation and consensus-building.
- Travel required up to 10%.
- Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.
