The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

The details
Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) manages Liberty Mutual Insurance Group's (LMIG) global financial assets across global and private domains to build capital and generate income.
As an Investment Compliance Co-op at Liberty Mutual, you'll work across the investment organization and be part of the team supporting the Code of Ethics and Information Barrier program.
During the co-op, you'll take on challenging projects such as, performing investment adviser monitoring, assisting in the testing and monitoring of key policies and procedures, and aiding in a variety of data and technology initiatives to streamline processes all while developing a broad knowledge of the role investments plays at an insurance company.
This is robust on-the-job training that allows you to fine-tune your business acumen in the context of the insurance industry at a global Fortune 100 company.
Qualifications
What you've got
- You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
- You are working towards a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- You possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational, skills.
- You're detailed and about to work in fast-paced work environment while managing and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- You must be able to work full-time from July - December 2025
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
