The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Description
The Healthcare Product Analysis Team is looking for a Product Operations intern to be a key contributor to our ongoing Healthcare initiatives. You will assist with reporting, underwriting system requirements, process improvement activities, etc., with proactive and continuous communication to stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with the Operations Director, Product Analysis Director, and Project Managers to execute assigned tasks and further product efficiency.
- Develop, modify, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to better understand the overall business and/or unit.
- Perform or coordinate special projects as requested.
- Operate with a continuous improvement mindset, driving efficiencies through process improvement.
What you've got
- You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You have experience with technical programs, such as Excel
- You can commit to a full-time, 11-week internship program.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
