  • Act as primary cyber business partner to the Legal Department: in connection with the lead cyber counsel, be involved, sometimes directly and sometimes peripherally, on general legal matters that impact cyber business, such as vendor contracts, intellectual property created or used in-house, and reviewing various marketing, messaging, whitepapers, or communications created for broad internal or external audiences.
  • Be a thought leader: engage with the cybersecurity and cyber insurance legal communities, absorbing knowledge and expertise but also sharing it outward in the form of periodic authorship, presentations, media, etc.
  • Liaise with Global Legal & Compliance: Engage closely with GL&C to ensure that business needs and objectives are being supported and properly resourced.
