To be a part of this incredible opportunity, candidates must be within a 2-hour commute from our Bedford, MA location.

In this role you will:
  • Verify that the cabin and safety equipment meet the designated standards before each flight. Effectively brief passengers on all essential items and provide clear instructions during normal and emergency operations.
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with passengers, including executive leaders, demonstrating discretion and maintaining privacy.
  • Manage passengers' food and beverage requirements, adhering to the service and cost guidelines established by the department.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all pertinent rules and regulations that apply to the flight attendant's role within the department, such as the company operations manual.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the safety equipment, systems, and passenger convenience items on board each aircraft.
  • Acquire a detailed understanding of the communication and media systems' operations on board each aircraft. Comfortably operate and troubleshoot systems in coordination with the crew and maintenance personnel to ensure an excellent passenger experience.
  • Complete additional assignments and administrative tasks in a punctual and accurate manner.
  • Successfully complete all assigned training programs.
  • Collaborate within the department to promote a fair safety culture and actively participate in safety management processes.
  • Work closely with other members of the Corporate Aviation team to foster effective communication and coordination among all personnel groups in support of the department's goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate an environment of trust, support, and respect by exemplifying behavior that embodies Liberty Mutual's Identity and Values.
Qualifications
  • You must have 3-5 years of related work experience, including previous formalized flight attendant training.
  • You should possess the ability to provide CPR, first aid, cabin safety, and cabin service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as you will interact with employees at all levels, including senior management and customers.
  • A working knowledge of personal computer applications is required.
  • You should have the ability to work under strict time frames, be prepared for overnight trips, and be able to lift heavy objects.
  • International flight experience is preferred.
  • Previous flight attendant and/or customer service experience, particularly in a business aviation environment (Part 91, 91K, or 135), is desirable.
  • You must hold a valid U.S. passport and have the ability to travel internationally without restrictions. A valid driver's license is also required.
  • You should possess a working knowledge of cabin communication and entertainment systems.
  • Physical ability to perform duties during normal and emergency operations, including lifting heavy objects, is necessary.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as well as the ability to work away from home for extended periods of time, is essential.
