The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

The Experience Research team is home to talented market researchers and user experience researchers who work together to support the US Retail Markets functions and priorities. Our team's mission is to understand our prospects, customers , agents , better than anyone in the industry to guide decision-making, strategy, and create competitive advantage.

The role:
In this role, you will produce insights that will support key priorities within our Servicing organization to optimize the experiences of our customers, frontline employees, independent agents, and digital capabilities. This includes but is not limited to analysis of data from internally produced research , external secondary research , and competitive benchmarking .
- Plan and conduct primary research and analyze secondary research sources in support of priorities on projects of moderate to complex scope with senior market researcher .
- Support and analyze large scale internal research initiatives such as Touchpoint Survey P rogram, Journey Survey Program, Agent Satisfaction and third party research .
- Be a trusted cross-functional partner who builds productive internal and external working relationships.
- Demonstrate ability to influence business partners to act on data-driven insights by providing clear, actionable recommendations and appropriate business context.
- Knowledge of data sources, tools and common statistical principles. Experience with statistical programs such as SAS, SPSS, R, MarketSight , DisplayR .
- Regular interactions presenting analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Effective communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Master's degree 0-2 years experience .
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a concentration in research and quantitative analysis preferred.
- 3 years related experience.
- Knowledge of SPSS or SAS statistical program.
- Knowledge of database querying tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, research techniques and database design.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and their practical application.
