The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

This position is an individual contributor on the Personal Lines Auto External Solutions & Insights team within Liberty Mutual's U.S. Retail Markets group. This role will be a critical part of guiding the strategy to optimize external vendors and third-party data usage to achieve our growth and profitability goals. This role will manage and develop end-to-end vendor solutions, establish deep expertise of vendor products in the marketplace, and scale solutions to meet evolving business, customer, and marketplace trends. This individual will also be critical in developing data-driven insights and recommendations to determine value of current data sources and implement new data sources.

- Experience in Personal Lines Insurance, specifically Auto Product
- Master's degree or equivalent in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field
- Minimum 6 years relevant work experience, typically 8 years
- PhD or equivalent research beneficial
- Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (eg, SAS, Emblem)
- Must have exceptional planning, analytical, decision making, communication, and project management skills
- Experience managing projects preferred
