Description and Requirements

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers' stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. In this position you are integrated into the global Digital Workplace Solutions Product Management team.

Your Key Responsibilities are:

• Licensing Advisory: Provide expert guidance on Azure licensing to internal teams and customers, ensuring compliance and optimization of licensing agreements.
• Support Azure Sales Team: Collaborate with the Azure sales team to identify opportunities for optimizing customer cloud consumption, driving cost efficiency, and maximizing value.
• Assist with EA to CSP Opportunities: Work closely with sellers to navigate and manage complex EA to CSP transitions, ensuring smooth and successful migrations.
• Maintain Solution Designations and Specializations: Oversee and maintain the Solution Designations and Specializations related to Azure and Modern Work, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's requirements and standards.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their cloud experience.
• Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of Azure licensing and CSP opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure cohesive and effective product management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across a variety of audiences. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively to execute joint plans.
