Description and Requirements
Lenovo PCSD Quality MQM department is seeking an individual responsible for Lenovo PC (both Laptop and desktop) E2E quality management, including product quality management, supply chain quality management and customer quality management.
MQM (manufacturing quality management) belongs to the supply chain quality management team. There is focus on the whole system manufactory (both ODM and In-house) process quality management, such as final assembly, testing, and packaging. We cooperate with the PQM team, ensuring MFG's execution after product mass production, continuing to drive the quality performance improvement, and quickly responding and recovering any quality issues.
This position is located in the US (Morrisville, NC), while MQM main team members work in AP and other geos. It will be the MQM focal in the US, close to NA geo responsible for escalating communication. Embedding into CQM/Region rep group as a key liaison and enforce issue/action/solution traceability.
Will direct report to MQM team, and dot line report to PQM ED located in the US (Morrisville, NC).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver manufacturing analysis & solutions, rework/logistics coordination more efficiently.
- Lead error proof actions with all Mfgs.
- Drive manufacturing performance and process improvement from CX view.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in PC manufacturing process
- 3+ years of quality management, familiar with quality management tools, methodology and LSS
Preferred Qualifications:
- LSS GB certified, BB is preferred
- PMP
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
