Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Workstation Solutions & ISV Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of engineers who execute unique workstation proof of concepts, test new workflows for delivery of technical marketing collateral, and perform ISV certifications of our desktop and mobile workstation portfolio. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to have the team deliver solution requirements, data, product features, and bring them to market in collaboration with the Solutions Architect team. You will also drive growth in the scope of ISV certifications by working with Vertical Marketing Managers to define the latest certifications required in the workstation space.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Solutions Architect teams to define and deliver workstation solution initiatives.
- Collaborate and communicate with engineering teams on solution product development and technical feasibility
- Lead engineering team that executes deliverables for both Solutions and ISV projects withing the workstation Mobile and Desktop portfolio
- Provide solution based education collateral to marketing and geography product and sales teams
- Coordinate with the commercial PC portfolio hardware team to create integrated solutions.
- Develop roadmap for growth in ISV portfolio as industry expands into AI workflows withing ISV application software
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Project management, or consulting related roles within the technology sector
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Idependent Software Vendor certifications
- Experience managing an Engineering team
