- Business strategy planning & collaboration with Geo
- Strategic campaign planning & execution
(Rel Vertical Campaign, SMB & Con. Channel plan)
- PnL management to drive target achievement
- Strategical projects for breakthrough dedicated areas
- Geo annual STAMP plan
- Strategic influence for synergy actions
- Cross segments biz synergy
- Understand local market demand and business situation, customize and localize our product strategy to meet different segment needs - commercial, consumer and Etail.
- Work with regional product t& sales team to drive sales.
- Tracks performance against target within the quarter and monitors product availability and potential liability.
- Track with regions on forecasting, stock management and sell in/sell out. Takes actions to reduce gaps in supply or demand and reduce excess inventory.
