Description and Requirements
Job Description:
1.Based on Meeting Room Video Con-Call scenario, lead team to analyze the MRD, design the architecture, work out the solution and drive landing to full fill product portfolio;
2.Track and research Video tech trend, figure out the Video technology roadmap by quarter;
3.Listen voice from customer, try solution optimized to support product update to get better User experience, and enhance team tech capability, to delivery more and more competitive
Background requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer, Electronic Engineering, Software, Communication, etc.
2.Familiar with Camera architecture, including HW platform and embedded SW; Familiar with E2E video steam pipeline of Video Con-call system;
3.Familiar with IQ tuning; Familiar with Video Algorithm, including 3A, HDR.
4.Familiar with UVC / Ethernet camera transmission protocol, video codec technology;
5.AI model training background, familiar with the mainstream deep learning architecture;
6.Familiar with ISP NPU technology and model deployment process, and scenario algorithm background
7.Python/C/C++ Project development experience, good software design ability;
8.Have a forward-looking thinking and their own thinking on the cv industry;
9.Excellent communication and cooperation skills, positive and optimistic, focus on efficiency, innovation consciousness, responsible for the results;
