Advisory Product Designer (UX/UI) - AI Innovation.
At Lenovo, we always put consumers and customers at the center of everything we do. If you are passionate about creating human centric design and innovation, we would like to invite you to join us as part of the award-winning Lenovo Design Innovation Team and work in one of the Lenovo's design centers. At this role, you will have the opportunities to shape the AI experience across multiple platforms and drive exploration on hardware&software collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, design, and deliver user experiences and user flows, taking complex user actions and distilling them into usable, delightful interfaces.
- Present and communicate lo-fi mockups, interaction design, hi-fi user flows, prototypes, and other design docs to the product team, stakeholder groups, and organizational leadership.
- Be able to clearly articulate design rationale and prioritize feedback to iterate rapidly as we learn more through the design exploration process.
- Have knowledge of LLM and PKB, Falimiar with generative AI and Identify new opportunities to use AI into design production workflows.
- Deeply understand and empathize with our users' needs and pain points.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a UX or UI Designer, with expertise in OS design or hardware & software convergence preferred.
- Strong product thinking and user empathy, with ability to conduct user research, create interactive designs, and develop design prototypes.
- Proficient in various interaction and visual design software, with excellent visual skill.
- familiarity with official design specifications for Windows and Android Meticulous attention to detail, striving for pixel-perfect designs, and a passion for human-computer interaction and user insights Enthusiasm for AI and cutting-edge innovations, with hands-on experience in interaction design, product design, and crafting hardware-software collaboration experience.
