Description and Requirements

This role is essential in EMEA Digital Transformation (DT) team, as it is connecting the roles of Project Manager, Business Partner and Change Manager. The role foresees a lot of interaction with the EMEA Stakeholders and leadership teams.

E2E Transformation Lead is a single interface to focus on DT strategies, translating business strategy to digital capabilities and improvement opportunities across various functional areas. This role is acting as a transformation advisor who manages the project portfolio for the assigned business area, helping with the realization of Strategic Projects as per Stage gating process. As an outcome of cooperation and interaction between Business Stakeholders and DT project teams, this role would suggest plans for improvement and better utilization of the tools deployed, ensure that reliability and performance standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Projects teams for the assigned business area during the stage gating process of project deployment for EMEA GEO
  • Daily engagements with EMEA Stakeholders to support their day-to-day business and operations with Lenovo digital capabilities
  • Pro-actively identify pain points of business operations and develop and implement best process practices/initiatives
  • Working closely with Change Manager securing the Adoption of DT tools and processes
  • Ability to analyze data and quickly identify the gaps in designated projects and processes

Organization

This role is part of EMEA Digital Transformation team, which is EMEA based and focused DT team, responsible for E2E deployment of Strategic DT projects and initiatives. DT is part of WW Operations Office. You will report into the EMEA DT Lead. Your daily work will be supporting EMEA business and operations teams which will require collaboration with all BGs and all functions across EMEA organization as well as with Project teams in WW DT organization.

What you'll bring:

  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Power BI (preferable)
  • 5+ years of experience in product/business/project management, or operations management
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree needed
  • English language spoken & written
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to overcome obstacles
  • Self-driven and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Working effectively under time pressure

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2500 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
