Description and Requirements

This role in our Global Learning Centre (GLC) team will give you space to influence the grow of others by delivering, consulting and developing of leadership and skills development programs in EMEA region. Role offers international experience in multi-cultural, hybrid and time flexible work environment.
You will get the opportunity to:
- Deliver GLC programs with the focus on leadership, management and other professional soft skills.
- Improve and develop the programs based on feedback and new trends.
- Act as a program owner, facilitator and trainer for selected development programs.
- Execute the GLC and EMEA HR initiatives based on company business strategy and talent development needs.
- Consult and deliver customized development programs with collaboration of business unit and local HR Partners.
- Be responsible for branding, positioning and communication of different Learning and Development topics in EMEA region.
- Build network across EMEA and other regions.
You will report to EMEA Leadership & OD Manager supporting EMEA internal customers in HR and different business units.
What you'll bring/ Position Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Talent Development, preferably in delivering and designing training programs and/or consulting.
- University degree and/or additional development with focus on Psychology, Human Resources, People/Organizational Development, Change Management etc.
- Fluency in English as you will be working with different nationalities.
- Ability to deliver trainings in both face-to-face and virtual environment.
- Passion to communicate with people and build relationships.
- Strong customer orientation, ability to listen and extract important information.
- Being a fan of the latest learning technology trends so you can help us implement these innovative ideas into our internal programs.
- Project management skills and experience from business position would be an advantage.
Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
