Description and Requirements

Job Descriptions:

1.Support Anaplan development;

2.Gain models understanding for efficiency improvements;

3.Collaborate with the team on further development for business and regulatory requirements;

4.Identify and clearly lay out systems capabilities and collaborate with the team on the best set-up options;

5.Anaplan group tax provision model;

6.Support the overall group tax reporting effort through identifying and resolving issues;

7.Coordinate with various stakeholders including tax teams and IT team as necessary;

8.Maintaining the models by performing necessary quarterly and annual steps for data upload, archival and rollforward;

9.Gain general business understanding to assist international tax team with daily tasks;

10.Support with data mining from various systems, including ECC and tax platform;

11.Assist with the development and implementation of tax internal control processes;

12.Assist with the implementation of business developments / acquisitions.

Position Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree with preferred focuses in areas of Finance , Accounting or Information systems. Anaplan model builder certification and in-depth knowledge;

2.Minimum 2-3 years Anaplan work experience on multi-national corporation (MNC) level with complex model building, data structures and system automation;

3.Desire to understand general business and learn about transfer pricing to collaborate closely with the team;

4.Ability to manage multiple tasks and to apply knowledge to a wider business context;

5.Strong sense of responsibility and accountability combined with ability to work on his/her own initiatives;

6.Strong analytical and communication skills in English, organized and focused approach, willingness to get into the detail and follow through;

7.Rising to the challenge of a fast-moving multi-billion dollar MNC;

8. Personable, team player, effective management of external service providers;

9. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); working knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

10.Willingness to travel.
