Description and Requirements
The Talent Acquisition Operations Intern is responsible for driving process compliance and improvements for the Lenovo Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role focuses on enhancing processes and fostering collaboration across the team. Key responsibilities include managing various projects, gathering input from stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring execution. Additionally, the role requires upholding the highest standards of candidate and hiring manager experience for Lenovo.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and facilitate staff and leadership meetings, including preparing content.
• Prepare reviews for HR Partners, business groups, and/or Talent Acquisition deep dives.
• Organize and administer Talent Acquisition platforms as needed.
• Participate in various HR meetings and initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Talent Acquisition reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Understand, document, and identify opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition processes.
• Plan and coordinate TA programs and events.
• Evaluate and implement tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Provide project support for North America and global Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
2. Experience with report development and data visualization tools.
3. Amazing organization and time management skills.
4. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
