Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for an advanced student of Human Resources, Psychology and / or related careers to support the Talent Acquisition area:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking candidates information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information;
  • Maintaining internal and external job postings;
  • Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and initiate recruiting process with robust intake session;
  • Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies;
  • Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process;
  • Send candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, and new hire information.

Position Requirements:

Advance student of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;

English advanced;

Proactive and positive attitude;

Ability to develop in multicultural environment.
